Timber offers sturdy treads
The photo above is from a different installation of a wooden loft ladder that we also completed this month. As you can see, as well as being easy on the eye, our timber loft ladder has sturdy wide treads. This makes it perfect for people who need to carry up larger items to the loft.
In this photo, you can also see the 1 metre-wide loft opening. If your loft opening is on the smaller side, changing to a larger hatch can transform how easy it is to get up to your loft.
